She came to us with her mom, Imma (officially named IAMASTANDOUT), a racehorse who placed a few times before being sent off to become a broodmare—more speed, more profit, more demands on a body that never got to choose. We don’t know how many babies were taken from her. What we do know is this: Jazzy was spared. She was never raced or bred, and for a decade she and Imma lived quietly with a loving equestrienne—until age made care too heavy, and they found their way to us. Imma passed at 27 years old, deeply loved to the end.
